Why do you have to become a Competency Assessor (ASKOM) BNSP – RI ? – HR HOUSE INDONESIA



A competency assessor (ASKOM) is a professional in a particular field of work, trained and examinated by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) against Competency Standards as an Examiner in the Competency Assessment process. Competency assessors are tasked with collecting quality evidence from participants. Either the evidence that was directly obtained during the assessment process, or other evidence that strengthens the participant to be recommended as Competent. Competency assessors must know the principles of assessment and the rules for collecting evidence. Competency assessors will be assigned by the Professional Certification Institute as examiners while maintaining competency as a Competency Assessor.
